I’ve been slowly, very slowly, working on a site which includes a Dokuwiki integration with WordPress. As part of the front page of WordPress, I wanted it to list the most recently update pages of not only the blog posts, but also of updated Dokuwiki pages. After looking at a number of other shortcode plug ins, here’s what I came up with. No promises that it will work everywhere! Also, if you have a setting wrong it locks up the page, so install with caution and have your admin panel open on another tab so you can deactivate it.

To install, upload to your WordPress installation as you would any other plug in.
Edit the dokuXML.php file with your own settings.
In Dokuwiki, activate the Remote API system. Create your user and password that you set in the plugin settings.
There you go!
